1 3/4 cups Lukewarm water

1.5 tbsp instant yeast

1 x kosher salt or 1 1/2 teaspoon table salt

4 x large eggs

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

7 cups Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
