Ingredients for 14 servings

2/3 cup vegetable oil (I use coconut oil)

3/4 cup honey crunch wheat germ (I've done flax meal, too)

1 1/2 cups dried blueberries or dried cherries or raisins (anything you like)

1/2 cup honey

1 tablespoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons water

1 cup dried almonds or cashews (etc)

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder

6 cups oatmeal

1 cup coconut

1/3 cup brown sugar
