I agree parmesan or pecorino would be better with the anchovy-lemon combination. I would also try throwing in capers, mmm!

Here's a nutty find for you! Parmesan might be better than mozzarella but overall it looks pretty promising. If you make it before me please Fave the recipe and report back.

1 or 2 5-oz. balls of buffalo mozzarella, sliced into 1/4 inch thick pieces

4 fresh basil leaves

2 anchovy fillets

2 ripe cherry tomatoes, halved

salt & pepper
