2 squash

1 juice of a lemon

a dash of pepper

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup of fresh basil

1/2 teaspoon of Kosher Salt

1 1/2 cup of finely grated parmesan cheese (optional) Paleo friends just substitute chicken or shrimp :-)
