1 cup chopped green bell pepper

2 green onions, sliced thin

2 cans (14.5 ounce each) Red GoldĀ® Petite Diced tomatoes Mexican Fiesta, drained or 2 cans (14.5 ounce each) Red GoldĀ® Petite Diced tomatoes with green Chilies, drained

Dressing Ingredients

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup low fat sour cream

Salt and black pepper to taste
