Tried this recipe and marinated chicken for 2 days as suggested. Didn't like it much. The chicken turned tough and chewy. :(

Ingredients for 4 servings

2 cups buttermilk

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon coarse salt, plus more for seasoning

1 onion, coarsely chopped

5 garlic cloves, smashed

4 (6-ounce) skinless boneless chicken breast halves

2 cups panko (Japanese-style) breadcrumbs

freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons canola oil
