Ingredients for 10 servings

10 chicken wings

10 curry leaves

2 kaffir lime leaves

2 lemongrass

5 garlics

1 tsp sesame oil

1/4 tsp salt

4 Tbsps soy sauce

ground black pepper to taste

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation

1.

Blend lemongrass, curry leaves, kaffir lime leaves and garlics. Add some water to blend.

2.

Mix in the remaining ingredients.

3.

Add chicken wings and mix together.

4.

Cover and refrigerate for one night.

5.

Stir the chicken again the next day.

6.

Preheat the oven and spread the tray with a bit of olive oil

7.

Grill for 45 minutes at 175C
