200 g gram flour

250 – 300 ml water

Salt and pepper


1 onion, chopped

4 cloves of garlic, crushed

2 red peppers, diced

4 courgettes, diced

1 punnet of chestnut mushrooms, chopped

1 punnet of fresh tomatoes, chopped (or 1 tin of chopped tomatoes)

1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped

Fresh thyme, picked

Fresh rosemary, picked and chopped

Salt and pepper

Plus grated vegan (or non-vegan, whatever floats your boat) cheese to top.
