¾ cup sliced baby bella mushrooms

¾ cup 1-inch pieces broccolini

¾ cup julienned carrot

¾ cup asparagus

¾ cup yellow summer squash

2 clove garlic, minced

Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

1 (10-oz) container refrigerated light Alfredo sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

2 Tbsp beaten egg

2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil

6 oz fresh mozzarella cheese torn into ½-inch pieces, divided

½ cup shredded Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, divided

7 no boiling required lasagna noodles
