  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 cups unsalted mixed nuts, such as walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, and almonds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Mix spices and reserve.
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 4 Tbsps unsalted butter
