1 cup roasted, salted cashews, chopped

1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds

1 cup dried fruit, chopped (cranberries, raisins, apricots, etc)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1 1/2 cup Multigrain cheerios

1 cup sugar

1/3 cup water

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cup half and half

1/4 cup peanut butter
