3 chicken breasts
1.5 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 tbsp rosemary
Put butter & garlic in a bowl and heat until butter is soft - blend together.
Roll chicken breasts in garlic mixture and place in crockpot
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper, rosemary & Italian seasoning.
Add broth to bowl w/remaining garlic-butter. Reheat if necessary to allow smooth blending & add mixture to crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
