Ingredients for 3 servings

6 ounces dried soba noodles

1 carrot, peeled and julienned

Small bunch of broccolini, cleaned and ends trimmed

3-4 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced

1/4 cup tahini

1 1/2 teaspoon sesame chile oil

1 1/2 teaspoon honey

1/4 teaspoon zested fresh ginger

2-4 tablespoons room temperature water (this amount may vary, depending upon how thick your tahini is)

1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Black sesame seeds
