Ingredients

2-3 Cups cubed, cooked chicken

2 CINNAMON STICKS

2 tsp. WHOLE GREEN CARDAMOM PODS

1 tsp. WHOLE CLOVES

1 tsp. WHOLE BLACK PEPPERCORNS

1 Cup chopped onion

1 small eggplant, peeled and cubed

1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes

4 cloves garlic, minced (1 tsp. MINCED GARLIC)

1 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced (1/2 tsp. GINGER POWDER)

1 5-7 lb. chicken

3 celery stalks

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. PENZEYS FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER

1/2 tsp. GARLIC

2 tsp. HERBS of your choice (ROSEMARY, THYME, OREGANO, BASIL are nice)

1/2 Cup water or chicken broth (1/2 Cup water mixed with 1/4 tsp. CHICKEN SOUP BASE)

4 large Yukon Gold potatoes, sliced 1/2-inch thick (scrub but do not peel)

3-4 TB. olive oil

1/2-1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. PENZEYS FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER

1-2 tsp. HERBS (CRACKED ROSEMARY, THYME, OREGANO, BASIL)

1 large loaf day old, whole wheat bread

2 Cups chopped celery

2 Cups chopped onion

1 Cup peeled, chopped apple

1 Cup peeled chopped Yukon Gold potato

1/2 Cup peeled chopped carrot

1/2 Cup chopped pecans

6 cloves garlic, minced (11/2 tsp. MINCED GARLIC)

1 TB. RUBBED SAGE

2 tsp. CALIFORNIA BASIL

1 tsp. TURKISH OREGANO

2 Cups chicken broth (or 2 Cups water mixed with 1 tsp. CHICKEN SOUP BASE) 1 Cup skim milk 6 eggs
