The dough is very pasty with the only liquid a small amt of vanilla. The dough ingredients really gave my food processor a workout. After they were done baking and I could finally have a piece I found the fudgy brownie not so fudgy as the title described and they are VERY dry. They have a bland chocolate taste and is lacking any goey-ness that you would find in a moist brownie. The ingredient list called for ground chia seed which would indicate an egg replacement but with no water to create this I'm puzzled why it's really necessary. If I make these again, but most likely I won't, I would actually use the chia seed with water to create an egg substitute and hopefully give these more moisture.

2 cups cooked black beans or canned no-salt-added or low-sodium black beans, drained

10 Medjool dates

2 tbsp raw almond butter

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup natural, non-alkalized cocoa powder

1 tbsp ground chia seed

Raspberries or other berries for topping

2 frozen bananas

Handful of blueberries

A few walnuts
