3 ½ oz fish fillets

2 scallions, cut into 1 inch slices

3 ½ oz scallops

3 ½ oz calamari pieces

2 tbsp fish sauce

6 mussels

3 tbsp vegetable oil

2 tbsp oyster sauce

4 tbsp fresh basil, mint or oregano leaves

1 capsicum, cut in strips

3 ½ oz green shrimps

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 onion, sliced

1 small cooked crab

2 large fresh chilies, chopped

Additional fresh herbs of your choice, to garnish

1 tbsp chopped coriander root
