Sweet Rice : 1+1/4 cup
Sweet rice flour:1 cup
Rice flour:1/2 cup
Cold Water: 1+3/5 cup
Vegetable oil: 1 tea spoon
Seaweed Sushi Sheet :4 sheets
Soak the sweet rice with cold water for 5 hr then remove the water.
Slice the seaweed and put in a bow.Mix the seaweed+ the sweet rice+sweet rice flour+rice flour+vegetable and 1+3/5 cold water.
Put a little vegetable oil around your baking pan then put the cake mixes in your baking pan.
Steam the cake about 40 minutes, if they don't have a steamer you can use a stock pot.
Cool it down.
Put roasted peanuts in a food processor.
Make the peanut powder with the food processor.
Serve with soy sauce,peanut powder and some coriander.
