3 Celery Stalks, Chopped

2 Medium Sized Carrots, Chopped

1 Large Onion, Chopped

4-5 Garlic Cloves, Chopped

2/8 oz Cans of Tomato Paste

Handful of Fresh Thyme

1 Cup of Marsala Wine

1-2 Cups of Vegetable Stock

Heavy Cream

Parmigiana Reggiano Cheese

Butter…or Truffle Butter

Salt & Pepper
