⅛ to ¼ teaspoon crushed dried red chiles

½ cup chopped Diamond Hazelnuts

2 tablespoons peanut oil or vegetable oil

4 green onions, cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces

2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger

1 clove garlic, minced

½ pound green beans, ends trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces
