6 fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup mexican cheese
4 corn tortillas
1 bunch cilantro
Tacos: grill the steak seasoned with salt. Cut it into stripes
Guacamole: (simple version) mashed avocado, lime juice, salt, cilantro , dices shallots.
Heat the corn tortillas (for hard shell heat it in the oven by placing them on the grid )When you turn the side of the tortilla you start assembling the filling: Mexican cheese, steak strip and guacamole.
Using a fork you joint sides To form a taco
Stuffed Mushrooms: clean the mushrooms in water and tear the stem off to open the natural hole that the mushroom has
Place the mushrooms on a grill with the hole facing up
Fill the hole with Mexican cheese and let it melt
Take each mushroom out of the grill and place it on a plate. Add guacamole.
