1/3 Cup creamy honey almond butter (found it at Whole Foods)

3 Tablespoons soy sauce

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Pinch of cayenne pepper

3 Tablespoons water

2 Cups Basmati Rice, uncooked

1 Cup fresh cilantro, chopped
