3 cloves of garlic

1 tsp crushed chillies

1 250g (9 oz) punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tsp brown sugar

½ tsp cumin powder

1 tbs tomato paste

400 g (14 oz) crushed tomatoes

4-6 vegetarian sausages

150 g (5 oz) vegetarian feta cheese or soy cheese, diced

4 sprigs fresh thyme, chopped

salt & cracked fresh pepper
