Ingredients for 4 servings

1 dl orange juice

3 tbsps soy sauce

2 tsps chopped ginger

1  chopped garlic clove

1 chopped red chili

300-400 grams beef

1 bowl chopped vegetables

1 tsp honey

1 tsp cornstarch

1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds

fresch coriander

1 tbsp sesame oil

Preparation

1.

Mix the orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, chili & garlic.

2.

Slice the beef and put it in a plastic bag.

3.

Add the marinade to the bag an mix well. Keep it chilled for at least 15 min.

4.

Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the beef. Leave some of the marinade for later.

5.

Leave the beef on a plate while you stir fry the vegetables. (I used carrots, sugar snaps, red & white cale and shitake mushrooms.)

6.

Mix the rest of the marinade with honey and cornstarch.

7.

Pour the sauce in the wok with the vegetables and add the beef. Heat up.

8.

Sprincle sesame seeds and fresch coriander on top.

9.

Serve with rice or noodles.
