¼ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup cashew butter (or any other nut butter)

⅓ cup shredded coconut flakes

2½ Tbsp. organic honey

½ tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. almond extract

½ tsp. cinnamon

3 Tbsp. coconut oil

1 cup dried cranberries (or any other dried fruit you have such as raisins)
