  • 1 1/2 lb skinless halibut fillets, cut into chunks
  • 1 can 14-oz light coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp red curry base
  • 1 tbsp canned tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp light teriyaki sauce, juice of 1/2 lime
