2 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced

1/2 pound spinach, stemmed

Salt to taste

1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

6 paper-thin slices from a small lemon, seeded and halved

1 1/2 tablespoons freshly grated pecorino cheese
