I had a ricotta gnocchi with brown butter at local restaurant and it was divine. I have been wanting to recreate it and this seems perfect.

I have been wondering what else I could do with Gnocchi, maybe I wil try this recipe. Seems like it is too easy and may not have a lot of flavor to it. I'll see.........
