16 oz . sour cream (full-fat), stirred

2 T. cornstarch

1 ¼ c. sugar

2 ½ T. Dark rum

2 T. Cognac

1 t. nutmeg

½ c. sugar

1 T. cornstarch

¾ c. pomegranate seeds

½ c. POM Wonderful (or any other brand pomegranate juice)
