1 lb chicken breast or chicken tenders

3/4-1 cup yogurt

1 cucumber , english or regular,peeled,seeded and diced

1 bag spinach or mixed salad green

1 teaspoon ground cumin

2 cloves garlic , crushed

1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced

1/4 cup cilantro , chopped

rice vinegar , to taste

Tabasco jalapeno sauce , to taste

1/4 cup fresh mint or 1 tablespoon dried mint , chopped,about

1 pint cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes , halved or quartered

salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill , chopped
