1/4 cup water

1 teaspoon ground ginger

2 cups low-fat or nonfat plain yogurt

1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste

1/2 cup golden raisins

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste

2 boneless chicken breasts, skinned, halved and cubed (8 ounces total)
