  • 2 tsps hot chile or toasted sesame oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red or green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 can (8 ozs) sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
