9 Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini, grated ( about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp butter (optional)

i make something very much like this. but i slice the zucchini and boil till see through. then mix like your and make little patties and fry in olive oil.
