1 cup honey

1 onion , finely chopped

4 teaspoons curry powder

4 tablespoons water or chicken broth

1/2 cup prepared yellow mustard

5-6 carrots , peeled and cut into 3-inch chunks

1/2 teaspoon ginger , ground

2 garlic cloves , minced

3-5 potatoes , halved

1/2 cup butter

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
