French Bread 6 inch: 2
Sliced Pork: 2 lb
Sliced garlic: some
Fish sauce: 2 big tea spoon
Peanut butter: 1 big tea spoon
Soy sauce: 2 big tea spoon
Fresh lime juicy:1 big tea spoon
Cooking wine:1 big tea spoon
Radish: 2 cup
Salt: 3 tea spoon
White vinegar: 1 cup
Cold water: 2 cup
Mix sliced 2 cup radish and 1/4 cup carrot with 3 tea spoon salt and wait for 15 minutes. Wash the radish and carrot with cold water.
Prepare a container. Mix 1 cup white vinegar+:1/4 cup sugar+2 cup cold water and add the radish and carrot.
Cover it and put it in a refrigerator over night.
Preheat a sauce pan with a tea spoon vegetable oil. Put sliced pork and garlic and stir fry until the pork turn to golden brown.
Add 2 big tea spoon fish sauce+1 big tea spoon peanut butter+2 big tea spoon soy sauce+1 big tea spoon fresh lime juicy+:1 big tea spoon cooking wine and keep cooking about 15 minutes.
Slice the French bread. (about 6 inch /each).
Put some radish and carrot we made before.
Put the bun meat we just cooked and some hot sauce on top.
Put more radish and carrot we made before and some coriander.
