3 cups bean sprouts, washed

½ cup garlic chives, sliced 2-inches long

¼ cup fish sauce

¼ cup palm sugar or granulated sugar

2 tablespoons water

¼ cup canola oil

lime slices

granulated Sugar

dried chili flakes

roasted peanuts, chopped

fish sauce

extra bean sprouts
