2 1/2 - 3 lb chicken

1/2 cup buttermilk

2 cloves garlic minced or 1 tbsp of chopped garlic

1 tsp hot sauce

1 tbsp mustard

1/2 cup whole-wheat flour

2 tbsp sesame seeds

1 1/2 tsp paprika

1 tsp of thyme

1 tbsp of baking soda

Dash of salt and pepper

Olive oil cooking spray
