1 can (7 ounces) light tuna in water, undrained

1/2 cup quick cooking oats

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes

1/2 cup grated cheese (I used Monterey Jack)

1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan

Six slices toasted bread ( I used multigrain)
