Ingredients for 4 servings

1 Garlic clove, minced or equivolent of garlic puree

30 ml Cream (any kind)

Optional variation; add some diced bacon rashers with the fat removed

2 sticks celery, sliced

2 large baking potatoes, cubed

750 ml Vegetable stock

2 leeks, sliced into rounds

5 ml (1 teaspoon) Ground nutmeg, or more to taste

Seasoning

15 ml (tablespoon) Olive oil

100 g Soup pasta (small, wholemeal cochiglie works well)
