1 kg of mussels, in their shells and cleaned

75 ml of dry white wine

200 g of fresh linguine pasta

2 tbsp of olive oil

100 g of chorizo sausage, skinned and sliced

2 shallots, peeled and sliced

1 tsp of dill, chopped

1 tsp of chives, chopped

1 tsp of fresh coriander, chopped

6 baby plum tomatoes, quartered and seeds removed

1/2 lemon, juiced

salt

black pepper
