Ingredients for 4 servings

1 pancake mix

1 egg

1 box heat & serve sausages

pancake syrup

Preparation

1.

Mix pancake mix & egg together

2.

Cut up sausages into 3 pieces each

3.

Spray small muffin pan with cooking spray

4.

Place 1 sausage in each muffin holder

5.

Pour pancake mix in each muffin tin about halfway full

6.

Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until knife comes out clean

7.

Remove immediately from pans

8.

Serve with pancake syrup or eat plain!
