1 cup uncooked brown rice

½ cup French lentil, dry

2 T extra light olive oil

1/3 cup carrots, beans, bell pepper and celery, diced

1 cup sliced okra, frozen or fresh

1 large onion, diced

4 cloves of garlic, minced

2 cups chicken broth

1 jar HerbNZest Spoonable Curry Ketchup

Seasoning (1 bay leaves, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, ½ tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp thyme)

3/4-lb. frozen uncooked peeled and deveined medium shrimp, thawed

3 cups water
