150 g spinach, boiled with salted water

360 ml water

Pinch of salt, if you like

150 g cooked ham, sliced lengthways

1 red finger chill, chopped

(For the cooked ham marinade filling)**

4 sheet of sea weeds

**I have used cooked ham to save time, but you can also use sliced beef or chicken marinated in the same sauce and fry as a filling.

1 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted till flavoured

Pinch of salt and sugar

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp soy sauce

1/4 cooking apple, grated

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

3 eggs, beaten

(For the omelette filling)

300 g sushi rice

(For the carrot marinade filling )

1 small garlic clove, crushed

Sushi rolling mat

(For the spinach marinade filling)

1 medium carrot, thinly sliced lengthways

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

1/4 medium onion, grated

1 tbsp sesame oil
