1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4-1/2 cup water or soymilk or milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 eggs (or egg substitute)

1/2 teaspoon vinegar

3/4 cup yellow cornmeal (soak for 1 hour in two cups of water, drain use)

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

4 tablespoons sugar

1 cup cranberries

3/4 cup spelt flour or rice flour

2 tablespoons oil
