3 cans chicken broth

2 cans diced Mexican sytle tomatoes (I use Rotel)

1 can chopped green chilis

2 cans black beans, rinsed & drained

1 package frozen corn

1 medium onion

1 clove of garlic (or 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of minced garlic)

Soft taco size flour tortillas

Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Sour cream
