14 pitted dates
2 tablespoons sun-butter (or nut butter of choice)
2 tablespoons flaxseeds
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Soak dates in hot water for about 10 minutes Drain water, and mash dates until a paste forms Add each ingredient one by one until all mixed and well combined. Roll mixture into golf ball size balls Refrigerate for about 30 minutes & serve!
