Fried Tofu: 1 Bag (about 15 fried tofu)
Sliced garlic: 1 table spoon
Sliced Scallion:2 table spoon
Fresh Chili: some
Soy sauce: 1/2 cup
Cold water: 1/3 cup
Preheat a sauce pan with some vegetable oil, then put the sliced garlic. Stir fry the garlic about 2 minutes.
Add the fried tofu,Sliced scallion,fresh chili,sugar and soy sauce. Keep stir fry for 5 minutes.
Add the cold water and keep cooking about 15 minutes.
