This was good. I thought it was a little bland, but added more lemon, black and red pepper.... Good but I didn't love it.

1 cup Whole Grain Orzo

5 cup Raw Broccoli, cut into small florets

2 Cloves Garlic

2/3 cup Pinenuts, toasted

1/3 Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Juice of one Lemon

1/4 Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup Creme Fraiche

Grated Zest of one Lemon

1 Large Avocado, sliced
