Ingredients for 6 servings

1/2 small cabbage

2 bell pepper (red & yellow)

4 lg carrots

5 celery stalks

1 lg broccoli flowerets

2 bunches green onions

1 bunch fresh spinach

1 16 oz dark red kidney beans

1 28 oz can diced tomatoes

1 49 1/2 oz chicken broth

2 chicken breast cubed or 1 16 oz can cooked chicken

4 C water

1 C pasta Stars (cooked)

garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste

4-6 tbsps EVOO

Preparation

1.

Dice/ chop vegetables

2.

Sauté vegetables in EVOO in stock pot. Season to taste.

Add canned items (drain beans)

Add water

5.

Add chicken & spinach let simmer 1 hour

6.

Add pasta
