Ingredients for 4 servings

Marinade

3 tbsps Worcestershire sauce

3 tbsps balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp honey vegans use agave nectar

2 clove fresh pressed garlic

3 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 T fresh chopped rosemary

1/4 tsp pepper

Portobello mushrooms

Preparation

1.

Combine all ingredients for the marinade in a bowl Wash + prep mushrooms Pour marinade over mushrooms and leave in fridge for 30+ mins. Cook on medium heat. Serve in bun with avocado + pineapple, or eat as starter.
