Cashew Parmasean Caesar Chicken

Ingredients for 5 servings

5-6 Thawed boneless skinless chicken breast

 2 cups Grated parmesan cheese

3-4 cups Crushed cashew nuts

1 cup  caesar dressing

Preparation

1.

Pre-heat oven to 400.

2.

Marinade the thawed chicken in the Caesar dressing for about 15-20 minutes.

3.

Then take one piece of chicken at a time and coat in the ground cashews then coat in the Parmasan cheese.

4.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
